MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH FACILITY
Landplan Engineering provided boundary survey and legal descriptions for tract acquisition, then provided topographic survey and construction staking for this $50 million research facility, including utility extensions and roadways to serve new campus research area.
As the name implies, boundary surveys identify the boundary of a parcel of land. Boundary surveys are made to establish or reestablish a boundary line on the ground or to obtain data to prepare a plat for construction of a proposed development. They serve as a base document for plats and site development plans.
Landplan Engineering uses client-provided record information certificates as well as performing independent record research to validate parcel deed descriptions and then concludes the survey with monumentation and survey certificates according to appropriate minimum standards.
