We Keep Learning!

With a number of major storms during the last few years, the City of Houston has been changing their floodplain related regulations shifting focus from the “100 year” storm to being above the “500 year” storm. This month, Jeff Long took time to review the voluminous new regulations in detail, and highlighted the changes in a presentation to Landplan staff members working on Houston area projects both in Houston and via Skype with the Lawrence, Kansas office. Thank you Jeff for keeping us all “above water,” at least for the time being!
