Landplan Engineering’s partnered with Metro North Crossing, LLC (MNC) in the redevelopment of the 106-acre site into an open-air shopping center.
The $187.5 million redevelopment plan foresees approximately 800,000 square feet of retail space, 60,000 square feet of office space and 117,000 square feet of multi-family housing.
Building sites can accommodate such tenants as a grocery store, health club, several restaurants and a hotel. Plans also include bicycle and pedestrian paths.
Landplan worked with MNC to develop a conceptual master plan of the site as well as a phasing plan.
Other services include topographic survey, demolition plan, site design, bicycle and pedestrian facility design, stormwater management design and public infrastructure design.
